Our teacherly goal always is to make progress soon and swiftly. From rehab to athleticism, delicate or robust, we return our clients as soon as possible to optimum health, happy in their bodies and their spirits.
This workshop will showcase 3 unique teachers - Rachel, Kelli and Kaile - to explore myriad perspectives, or paths to seeing the bodies' truths, to make immediate full-body changes - functional and efficient and all furthering our health goals. We three will teach the same clients using the same exercises but with different approaches arrive at valuable insights and movement health.
Imagery, nervous system, musculo-skeletal patterning, energy paths, fascia, modifications and more - perspectives that are intriguing, powerful and swift tools for all teachers.
