We all have clients that have an exercise activity they love to do. We know that in their future, this can cause overuse of certain muscles and it can create tightness in certain areas of the body. Let’s talk about how we can address different sports to better serve our clients so they can keep doing what they love and can use Pilates to keep them healthy to continue to Return to Life. We know that running, golf, cycling, and swimming are common sports that clients enjoy doing. How can we as Pilates teachers help clients stay healthy while they do what they love to do?
