In this activity, everyone will be broken up into groups. There will be a mover and then watchers. The watchers will watch the mover complete 4-5 exercises and write down what they see and how they might cue them. Then we will compare notes. The idea is to realize that we all have different eyes and to create more confidence around understanding that there is no wrong answer.
