In this discussion we will draw upon Return to Life to dive deeper into the Pilates method and its principles. We are meant to do and use Pilates to untap deep, long lasting health. This is the goal. Too often cues are given to make a client’s technique look better. Some of the most common cues in the industry today apply to performing superficial choreography. Let’s sort through some of these cues and explore the dif-ference between using Pilates versus doing Pilates. This way we can help each other find new possibilities in cueing for health.
