In this in-depth workshop, participants will gain valuable experience in identifying imbalances and honing their assessment skills by using The Pilates Center’s Performance Critique Sheet and the eight categories of Movement Skills. You’ll learn how to observe and evaluate movement patterns, helping you better understand how to assess and correct your and your clients' form. This interactive workshop will offer opportunities to practice assessing each other's movement skills, allowing you to apply what you learn in real-time. This workshop will deepen your ability to analyze and improve client performance through practical, personalized assessments. 1 CEC
