Do you find it challenging to level up your Pilates? Have you or your clients plateaued at a certain level and want more from your Pilates practice? Being able to do higher level exercises increases our fitness level and reflects that we are closer to uniform development. In this workshop we will re-evaluate how and when to use modifications. We will make sure we are not modifying unknowingly or too often to assure we increase our strength and mobility to better organize our bodies and achieve our full potential.
