In this workshop, we’ll explore the nuance of using props as an extension of your hands—tools for guiding, supporting, and partnering with your client. When used intentionally, props can play a pivotal role in helping clients access an exercise more fully.
Rather than being crutches or distractions, props can enhance your client’s understanding, build confidence, and encourage greater ownership of their bodies and their workouts. We’ll discuss how to choose and use props that facilitate progress—while staying true to the design and integrity of the Pilates method.
