Though often thought of as an arm series, Rowing is truly a full-body experience. We’ll explore how to teach each exercise with clarity, refine transitions, and connect the movement to the deeper goals of the method. You’ll learn how to make the Rowing Series more effective and accessible for a wide range of clients, while also deepening your own understanding of its place within the Reformer system.
