The springs on Pilates equipment helps create a rhythm and pump like action that fuels our internal heat and flush that is the internal shower. So many of us are sequestered to only Mat during this pandemic. In this workshop we will use Level III (Intermediate) Mat exercises to ensure you are getting the most from your in-home Mat Pilates sessions. In lieu of the springs, the specific order, transitions and full Range of Motion of the mat exercises play a huge part in creating the “Internal Shower” that will stimulate and invigorate you!
