In this workshop, we will explore Pilates equipment and how to set yourself up for great extension. Since the majority of Pilates practitioners are woman, it can be harder to access the upper body and back. We will look at ways to address these issues and find more successful extension. Using some of the archival exercises increases more strength in the upper body and the back. We will explore how to better use our upper bodies and how we can focus on increasing strength in these areas while practicing Pilates.
