In this workshop we will explore structural and muscular imbalances in the pelvis and how these affect the whole-body movement. Many clients have these imbalances even if they don’t have scoliosis. Most clients favor one side of the pelvis which effects the opposite side and causes deeper imbalances from the feet up through the spine. We will explore how to better flex, extend, twist, and side-bend with these imbalances in mind. The Chair is a great way to address these imbalances. We will explore some exercises on other apparatus as well.
