We can fix this! In this workshop we'll cover what we need to know as Pilates teachers to restore the neck to its proper orchestration - strong, supple, articulate, a conduit from the brain to the rest of our body, a conduit of oxygen to our lungs, a conduit or nutrition to our stomachs.
